and explain everything. He also provided an itemized summary of what needed to be repaired. They were awesome, repaired my car the next day and I could not be more pleased.

The dreaded "Service Engine Soon" light came on my BMW on New Year's Eve and I instinctively brought
my car to J Gramley's because of a positive experience during my prior visit. They were closed early for the holiday, but there was still a gentleman there that I was able to talk to and he diagnosed the issue.
I am very appreciative of their great customer service and passion for cars. I will definitely come back for any future maintenance/service needs.
