Professional, personal service
Scheduling my appointment on line was quick, easy and efficient. I received an immediate confirmation. Bill was well prepared and ready for me when I arrived for my 9 am appointment and went over my concerns. I received the diagnosis and estimate in less than 3 hours and the repairs and service were complete by 4:30 pm. The car was clean and ready to go when I arrived at 5 pm.
While European Performance may be more expensive than other service options, I am confident that the work done is top notch and thoroughly professional.

Bad work quality
I toke my car with the engine light on they diagnosed with bad O2 sensor, I was charged over 1000 dollars to replace it a couple weeks later the light come back on with the same bad O2 sensor after talking to them they tell me to bring it back and they will change it for free so I did, I went and got my car back and the light was on still and they said it was because they find a air leak in the car after that I went to the Mercedes dealership and they run a diagnosis for me coming back to the same O2 sensor so they replaced it and only charged me a little over 500 for it, so if you need repair done right take your car somewhere else they just take my money and didn’t fix my car I know I won’t get my money back but don’t make the mistake I made and go somewhere else
