I wanted again to say thank you to Chris and his staff. Also Samantha for helping me set up my appoin
tment. But first it was very challenging. I had the opportunity to explain chris my journey. But the most important thing of all was the HONESTY of he understood my situation. Also the Mechanic Ryan that did an Excellent work on my 2000 Ford Mustang. Sometimes in life you go threw some Turbulence and up and down. But when you go to another shop and realize that they are not honest and do not care how you feel with your concerns about your issues you feel Alone. But Leasure Automotive were very concern and corrected the issue. Also Mr Bill that was off yesterday call me with the Quote I appreciate your help. But now my vehicles is registered and I found my Mechanic shop. So to everyone Leasure automotive thank you. Also Jeff the driver that took me to my drop off location and took me back to the shop thank you. also Chris thank you for replacing my wiper blades on my Fathers 2000 Ford Mustang Convertible. I am modifying my review on the previous rating. The situation I had was addressed. When I visit the
facility I find the staff to be friendly and helpful.
There have been many times when they have provided me with a meal, which is unheard of at other shops. I understand the business has been in operation for decades and is continuing to operate under the same family.
There was a misunderstanding between myself and the shop. I would recommend this unique family oriented business.
