I had never bought a car from Jim Click before. I went to his dealership first and only. I let the
salesman do all the talking because that is why we went there. When he was done talking and wanted me to sign some papers - I told him NO - and that he had not taken me for a ride in any of the cars I wanted - yet. So he said I should come back tomorrow and he would have the cars I wanted (3) there. The next day we came and I took my rides in all of the three cars and I chose the one I wanted. I really like the car I bought - and I'm still happy 1 year later.

I just took my 2014 Prius C to have the air condition checked, it wasn't blowing cold air. I dropped
my car off, got a ride back home and later was picked up so I could get my car. They are efficient, courteous and best of all reasonably priced for their work. I will never take my car back to a Toyota dealer for repairs. Thanks guys, you were great.

Due to a debilitating experience with Shingles in 2024. I've
been very weak and lost 20#. I decide
d to have my oil changed
locally and it turned out to be a nightmare. I told them I wanted to wait for
the car and assumed it would be about an hour, at most. They finally
came to the lounge and told me that they had found needed repairs
($600) and offered to drive me home. I was livid and said NO. They had
already ordered the parts for the repair. I know what upselling is and never
went back after being charged for the evaluation in addition to the oil change.
I was very happy that Klipper Automotive was honest and the car was ready
within the hour.
