First Service On My New Car
My 2025 CRV needed its very first oil change so I tried Avery’s for this service when it was recommended to me. I was pleased with the ease of scheduling an appointment, prompt service, and pleasant crew. The waiting room is comfortable and clean if you want to wait for your car. We moved to Vail 3 years ago and have been looking for services closer to us. Based on our experience we will continue to use Avery’s!

Owner did not know what was wrong and told mechanic it must be the battery. The battery is new. The mechanic only checked the battery but did not check for other reasons why car would not start.not start.

I am sorry the car would not duplicate your concern.  It started every single time we started the car.  We can not diagnose a no start issue if the car starts.  We went over this about 15 times.  Our master technician checked everything he could to find your issue.   Again if the car is starting how are we to tell you what is wrong.  There were no codes in system to futher diagnose the issue.   I am truly  sorry we could not fix your car for you.  Have a good day

Honest and timely service.
Avery’s is a great shop. Eric checked me in after making an appointment the previous day. That ended up itself is amazing because getting an appointment next day is pretty hard to do the work was extensive. It included a tires front and work emissions work, etc., so it was gonna be a pretty big ticket. I made the decision to fix quite a bit even though the car is pretty old. Erica advised me that they needed to order a few parts and that it would likely be done toward the end of the week. I wasn’t expecting a call until Friday. He called me on Thursday to let me know everything would be ready to go first thing Friday morning due to his work it was ready! A little while later, I noticed a sound that was unfamiliar to me. I went ahead and drove it over the weekend just to make sure that maybe some parts didn’t need to work their way in. on Monday I called to let them know of what I was hearing and Eric invited me immediately to come in and get it looked at which I did attack that worked on my car identified right away. It was a boot around the steering column, whose primary job was to insulate sound from the engine compartment to the inside of the cab. He retrofitted it to do its job didn’t charge me a penny and let me wait for it. I can’t say enough about the integrity of this shop. in addition, it’s clean and well organized and that’s a good sign that management takes their work seriously and has pride in what they do.
