Great Customer Service
From the beginning of my service to the end Carafello's kept me informed with what was going on with
the service for my car. I think her name was Yari, she fought for my rights with my unprofessional warranty company! And she nor Ryan did not let up on the warranty company until they handle their business. Carafello even took a pay cut, to make sure I was treated fairly. I will forever be grateful for this company. I will also refer my friends to them. As far as the warranty company, I put in a Cancelation because they did not handle their business with Carafello's professionally!

e guys at Blue Collar found the problem and fixed it right away. It was a tension pulley.
