While traveling, my brakes on my truck totally failed as i was leaving a Jacksboro diner. While my ro
adside assist, the special service I paid for from my dealer all failed to find assistance, I found Cross Tire on my internet search. They were great! Jennifer arranged for a tow and the mechanic went to work immediately to diagnosis the problem. This was on a Saturday. Very clear communication and rapid service. Had my truck ready in a few days with preventative care included. Jennifer had ordered the necessary parts and the only delay was weekend and getting parts delivered. Highly recommend!
