As always, Mark provided excellent service; I wanted to get my car in for an oil change before the ne
w year, and without fail, Mark fit me in. He ordered a new filter "just in case" my car needed one, and sure enough, it did, so it was taken care of that day! I know my car will be on the road for many more miles thanks to Mark! I am proud to call him my mechanic and would recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly, honest, and just down right nice guy.

New to the Scottsdale area, it's always a challenge finding a place that you can really trust when it
comes to servicing your vehicle, a place that will give you options (spending time to really understand your needs and limitations) and shoot straight with you. Needing service for a 25 year old sports car, finding parts can sometimes be a challenge, but even more challenging is finding someone you can trust in the process. After having a very disappointing experience at two other local repair shops (which I walked out of), I called CarLife hoping for a better experience. I knew immediately after speaking with Elsie, that this place was different, their quotes were fair, they openly discussed my options (and trades offs), and their customer service was highly responsive and simply outstanding. Excellent service!
The customer service is top notch! Friendly environment and very knowledgeable.
They went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle is in top working condition. Due to have a foreign vehicle that is very difficult to find parts for, they went out of their way to find and aquire the the parts needed. (Not all places would do this!)
I take my personal vehicle, my son's vehicle, my daughter's vehicle, and even my ex's vehicle here. This is the ONLY place in town that is trustworthy!
