w year, and without fail, Mark fit me in. He ordered a new filter "just in case" my car needed one, and sure enough, it did, so it was taken care of that day! I know my car will be on the road for many more miles thanks to Mark! New to the Scottsdale area, it's always a challenge finding a place that you can really trust when it
comes to servicing your vehicle, a place that will give you options (spending time to really understand your needs and limitations) and shoot straight with you. Needing service for a 25 year old sports car, finding parts can sometimes be a challenge, but even more challenging is finding someone you can trust in the process. After having a very disappointing experience at two other local repair shops (which I walked out of), I called CarLife hoping for a better experience. I knew immediately after speaking with Elsie, that this place was different, their quotes were fair, they openly discussed my options (and trades offs), and their customer service was highly responsive and simply outstanding. I had a Check Engine light, and a stumbling idle for maybe a month before I found time to get it che
cked. Doug's Performance Transmission has been my go to place for a couple years now. They make every effort to get their customers in quickly, their work is always top notch, and everyone in there is professional, courteous, and personable.
I took my problem Ford in at the scheduled 8 AM, they had it in the bay within minutes, and completed within the hour. (important to me since I had no alternative but to wait for it)
The diagnosed issue was the actual problem, and I have it back, running like showroom new.
That's why I keep going there, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing car repairs.
