Great Service - Highly Recommend
New to the Scottsdale area, it's always a challenge finding a place that you can really trust when it comes to servicing your vehicle, a place that will give you options (spending time to really understand your needs and limitations) and shoot straight with you. Needing service for a 25 year old sports car, finding parts can sometimes be a challenge, but even more challenging is finding someone you can trust in the process. After having a very disappointing experience at two other local repair shops (which I walked out of), I called CarLife hoping for a better experience. I knew immediately after speaking with Elsie, that this place was different, their quotes were fair, they openly discussed my options (and trades offs), and their customer service was highly responsive and simply outstanding. Thanks Elsie and team - could not have asked for a better experience!

Moving from Scottsdale, AZ and can honestly say one of the things I will significantly miss is CarLife. Brought my cars (‘12 Camry, ‘08 Grand Cherokee, ‘18 XC90, and ‘20 Suburban) over past 5 years and every interaction was incredible. They honored warranties, always gave honest input, never pressure to get work done that isn’t necessary, give reports and adequate explanation of everything and make drop off/pickup/payment as easy as it gets.
Will miss CarLife and tell everyone who needs any work done on their car, you’ll not get better customer service, honest work, fair prices and trust anywhere else.

Amazing Service!
Carlife is the best car shop I have ever experienced! They treat you like family and the service is quick and perfect every time. I have stopped in several times to have them help me with little things like wiper fluid...and they never charge me. Heart of gold. Immaculate store to hang out in while they service your vehicle. I love this place!!!!!

I trust their assessment of the car problems and honesty in pricing
Options for repairs have always been offered and explained clearly, and repairs prioritized, with the total costs involved up front. Having the mechanic take a test drive with you, is priceless and appointments and repairs are made quickly. I couldn't have had a better experience in any way with repairs and the kind and experienced staff!
