Can't say enough of how well our Tuscon Limited purchase went, without including the manager, Amanda
Meadows, who walked us through the final paper work after we had finished up with our sales rep, Conner. Amanda was very honest and welcoming, and even was able to shave off a few dollars off the bottom line to fit our budget. And finally, when all was confirmed with Conner and Amanda, we met with the finance manager. Sorry I don't have his name, but he also gets our highest praise. Smart, good sense of humor, straight up guy ... he was incredibly efficient and nice to us. This dealership should be on your list to visit if you are in the car market. They treat you very well. And ... we are loving our new Tuscon Limited!!

I took my 2008 Saab 9-3 convertible to the Swedish Solution since I wanted to replace a loud aftermar
ket muffler with one that was more authentic to the car. I also had a “squeak” that the former Saab dealer near our home in Lake County had been unable to solve. Swedish Solution had access to a more authentic exhaust system so I dropped the car off. Ultimately, they discovered that a design defect rusted the front subframe, resulting in the “squeak.” The serpentine belt was also shot. They located a new front subframe and I authorized the repair, which was a massive job. That repair solved the squeak and restored the car to a firmer feel, ensuring that the car will last for years to come, which is my goal.
The exhaust system replacement was a bit bumpier. Since they ultimately couldn’t source an entire 9-3 system (they are very hard to find), they used part of a 9-5 rear exhaust system. As a result, the exhaust pipe stuck out another 4 inches from the bumper where it should have been hidden. Swedish Solution, at my request, took the car to a welder who was able to modify the rear exhaust so it’s now hidden again. The car sounds great- while the high pitched tuning sound is a bit muted, the sound of the engine is much more refined and Saab-like.
All in all, the car looks, feels, and sounds great. It was a three week ordeal for all of us, but we got there. I am very grateful!
