I called Joe Thursday and by Friday it was being evaluated. They called and we got an estimated recom
mendation.
We were given a written bill with recommendation of future repair. No pressure and we got the vehicle back by 5pm.

Right from entering the doors these guys (Rick and Steve) were the best.
I had some work done on my
front end somewhere else and it was a nightmare!
I thought I was just coming in for an alignment.
The nightmare continued they showed me everything that my F350 dually needed and worked with me.
Showed me how to get financing to fix my baby.
Explained what she needed what was going to be needed and fixed the issues that “other” repair shop supposed to have fixed.
Mind you this is a 2012 F350 diesel dually that I take VERY good care of and they picked up on that immediately and fully understand.
I’m am retired and on disability and only have this one vehicle, when I dropped my truck off they drove me home AND picked me up when they had finished the repairs as if I were family.
They have a customer for life
