The dealer said i needed new struts on a vehicle with less than 16,000 miles, at a substantial cost.
I chose to get a second opinion. Pat welcomed me in, checked out the parts and sent me home with an evaluation of normal wear and tear. Replacement not necessary at this time.

After reading the various reviews, I scheduled an appointment for some service concerns with my vehic
le. From my initial contact to schedule the appointment to completed service, the entire experience was professional and courteous – prices were fair and service was completed efficiently and on time. Mike could not have been more helpful in providing easy to understand (and most appreciated clear explanations) of the service issues and the work required to make the repairs. I highly recommend John Jay Automotive and will definitely use their services again for routine service and/or repairs as needed.
