I was on my way to see my sick hospitalized wife. The red lite for the anti freeze went on! I had no
knowledge to fix it as I knew nothing about cars. I bought anti freeze but couldn't open the cap! Thank God the head mechanic was on duty and he took the time to quickly fix it so I could get to the hospital on time! Thanks!!!

I drove across a concrete block while pulling into a parking slot at my doctor's office, and when I r
eversed my car to back away from the block, it ripped my front bumper loose across the entire front of the car. My spouse called Mile Repair the following morning, and although it would not have been a major repair, they agreed to look at the car right away. Long story short, Mile put my bumper back together and sold me a new battery all for a very reasonable price. A short time later, I picked up my car and you couldn't tell it had even been damaged. I am so grateful to these guys for their service!

New to the Scottsdale area, it's always a challenge finding a place that you can really trust when it
comes to servicing your vehicle, a place that will give you options (spending time to really understand your needs and limitations) and shoot straight with you. Needing service for a 25 year old sports car, finding parts can sometimes be a challenge, but even more challenging is finding someone you can trust in the process. After having a very disappointing experience at two other local repair shops (which I walked out of), I called CarLife hoping for a better experience. I knew immediately after speaking with Elsie, that this place was different, their quotes were fair, they openly discussed my options (and trades offs), and their customer service was highly responsive and simply outstanding.
