I brought my car in to be checked due to a scraping noise associated with the brakes. The brake team
staff in the Broadway shop exhibited a high degree of social intelligence. The work that had to be done was more than I expected and they explained everything, showed me the parts on my car and even did some extra work for very little due to my financial status. I left happy that I had found them and would highly recommend them to anyone!

So, I had a Pre Purchase Inspection done at Dane Moors by Alan. I was so impressed by Alan that I ask
ed if they worked on Audi’s. He said yes and I took my wife’s Audi Q50 in for a CV axle front right. The work was done as promised and I couldn’t be happier with their level of work. I’m just glad to have found a new mechanic for my vehicles.

Just had another oil change at PDX automotive. They put my car up on the rack and straighten out my
plastic skid pan in the front that had been snagged by something. They did it for no charge.

Brought my 2009 Prius in after I replaced my display screen and several things were not working (key
fob wouldn't open my doors, no audio, various warning lights etc.) They fixed everything and now I'm once again enjoying driving my car!

Amazing Customer service from everyone working here. They got me in last minute on New Years Eve and
