itially spoke to Joseph on the phone and he sounded very friendly and helpful. I then decided to go ahead and bring my car in. From the moment I walked in that door to the minute I picked up my car, it seems like he made everything his priority. While in the waiting room I see that he treats every phone call and every people that walk in with the same respect. Always willing to help and very informative but most important of all very fair.
