ys takes care of me. He gets me in and out as efficiently as possible. The sales dept. is useless. They never seem to know the answers to questions that I've asked about the Hyundai models. The dealer 'mark-ups' are an insult. I drove out to Palm Springs Hyundai where I've previously purchased a Kona and a Tucson Sport. They don't mark up their cars over MSRP. Hence, I just bought a Venue there a few days ago.

Lucas, & Scott helped me immensely. I had a problem with an older car, & the OBD 2 not giving specif
ic details on a code. Lucas, & Scott with their years of experience put their heads together, & figured out a solution. I also wanted them to go over the complete undercarriage/chassis, & look for leaks, frayed rubber hoses, cables etc. It is cheaper to fix problems that have occurred over the years, rather than buy a new car. Among other problems, Lucas found rear seals leaking, & an axel, teeth on a limited slip differential that needed changing. Leaking valve covers, & most importantly the rear brakes needed changing. There’s a whole list including a steering box that was very sloppy. My 29 yr old Buick is like new! All thanks to Pride repair.
