I had originally left a 3 star review because I had gotten an oil change I didn’t think was due. It t
urns out I was given an oil change at 5K and 7500 mile checkups. It was actually due at the 7500. The manager reached out and clarified when the next one is due to avoid future confusion. The staff are very friendly and treat my car with respect. I will continue to use World Car for all my service needs.

They knew my name and my situation when I walked in the door (connection phone conversation with live
person & scheduled time). The transaction at the counter with both dropping off and picking up was efficient. The work was done before the time promised. It was like doing business with people I knew. I will go there again when I need work done on my Pilot.

My truck's computer posted a message stating that service was needed for the air suspension system. I
brought the truck in. The guys tested the system and found it was okay. I had apparently overloaded the truck with landscape material recently causing the service message. The guys didn't change me anything because they didn't repair anything. You just don't find that kind of service anymore.

Has taken way too long to get the ABS module. Now that it has been installed, now waiting on tech to
reprogram it.. I must say that service advisor Adrian Gonzales has done a good job keeping me informed under difficult circumstances.
