They knew my name and my situation when I walked in the door (connection phone conversation with live person & scheduled time). The transaction at the counter with both dropping off and picking up was efficient. The work was done before the time promised. It was like doing business with people I knew. I will go there again when I need work done on my Pilot.

I really dread the thought of paying $109.00 to check my car. I really don't think this is always necessary in all case's. A good mechanic should be able to get a good feel of the problem
just by listening to it. Of course this is not my field so maybe I'm totally wrong ????

I have a 15 year old car that is used to run to the mall. Somewhat disappointed in that they would not repair the car the cheapest way. I understand that first-rate top notch is usually the way to go, but I doubt if this car will ever be 15 miles from home as it is basically used for a second car for a quick trip to the store.

Personnel left my vehicle with oil residual and didn't bother to clean it
Oil residual was left on my vehicle both exterior and interior of vehicle. Very noticeable. Unprofessional work. Very unsatisfied. All manager did was apologize. Had vehicle washed and still came back with oil residual. Personnel not concerned about workmanship. No pride. Will not return. Wasted both my time and gas. Nothing offered for my inconvenience just an apology.
