Needed a basic oil change snd check up. Nick and company identified that the cabin air filter was qui
te dirty and recommended that the filter be changed. I liked the approach to the problem: my choice, not urgent but air quality would improve. I gave the go ahead. I asked about other issues and Nick volunteered that the alignment was off. No pressure but saves tires and drives better if you do it. I set the spot for next week.
This is an older car that still runs well. Nick is in board in keeping it running and giving me driving pleasure. All good.

Went in for an inspection and an oil change, and left not long after having accomplished just that!
Akiki has been supporting me in my cars over the last decade, has helped me get out of jams due to flat tires, and hasn't leg me down yet. The employees are professional and it's all cheaper than going through the dealership.
