Went in for an oil change, was informed that there were issues with my brakes. I know nothing about c
ars, so Mike invited me into the garage to view first-hand what was going on, and what he and his team look for routinely. That's compassionate customer service!
Granted, this is about a year after someone crashed my car and I asked Mike to put it on his lift to tell me what I needed to restore safe driving. He could have rattled off a littany of work that would have padded the business nicely, but he didn't. He and I worked on a long-term service plan to keep my aging car in good health as long as possible.
I consider Mike a partner in keeping my car in good working order. He has more than adequately held up this arrangement over the years, and I'm grateful for it.

My jeep had a defective ac. They were amazing. While i was waiting in the garage office the mechanic
repaired the problem. Other garages told me to leave the jeep for several days for repair. The people were polite and the price was very fair. I highly recommend Doctor Auto and will certainly return.

fore I wrote this review I was telling many many adults in the building about going there. They are honest, fair, timely and good communicators. After Sunny takes my car in the back, he comes out with photos to show me what is wrong with the car and which part is broken/needs to be replaced AND also I get a written estimate with a total.

Watched an employee patiently help another customer who had a portable gas can that wouldn't open, he took his time and told me he was sorry he was taking so long but he would help me as soon as he finished. Family owned with that touch of pride in their work that you just don't see everywhere anymore.
