I ran into a situation where I embarrassingly over torqued my spark plug and snapped it in half. It w
as a unique situation, but Russell and Tom were able to carefully extract the spark plug and replaced all of my other spark plugs with a quick turnaround. They were transparent and walked me through every step of the way. I highly recommend them.
