ether 1 day or 100 days later (Murphy's Law). I hope not in this case. I took my 03 Nissan in for a lot of work after it started running rough. Picked it up and all was well (almost). Stopped back by the next day and within 1/2 hour and a tweak or 2 by the tech all was 'well'. It has been more than 5 months since the tune-up and repair was done, and the truck runs really well. Being an 03, there are probably a lot of other problems that were not on the list with my first visit. Will head back in to AA again when I have another list of things (in the near future probably). Excellent work and service. Recommend.

zing to work with! Mikah was professional, a great communicator, and went above and beyond to help me understand my options this time. When my car was deemed a total loss, I was devastated, and he was SO kind and sympathetic! I stopped by Old Dominion to pickup my vehicle's plates, and they also included a gift bag with a rose and card to help cheer me up. They made a very difficult process go so smoothly yet again! While I hope to never be in another fender-bender, if I am, they are the only place I will take it! Thank you again, Old Dominion!

I've know about Vinnie's Collision center for
many years. I've never has to use the service until my car was backed into on Christmas day. Car door dented in window shattered out and the inside caved in. The insurance company wanted me to drive it 20 minutes from my house. It was about 20 degrees and snowing outside. Way to cold to be driving it 20 minutes away. I cancelled that Appointment and called Vinnie's Collision center and spoke with Vince himself. Vince said he was coming to flat bed my car ( that there was no reason I should have to take it to them in weather like that) to his shop. Told me not to worry about anything and he would handle it all right down to the insurance. And he did. Through out the process he kept me updated. Very prompt on EVERYTHING.Very professional through out the entire process.I picked up my car and the paint matches to a tee. They cleaned all the glass out of my car. . But the entire process was seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend this establishment. They do really good work. The owner and staff are awesome...They go above and beyond for their customers...
