New to the Scottsdale area, it's always a challenge finding a place that you can really trust when it
comes to servicing your vehicle, a place that will give you options (spending time to really understand your needs and limitations) and shoot straight with you. Needing service for a 25 year old sports car, finding parts can sometimes be a challenge, but even more challenging is finding someone you can trust in the process. After having a very disappointing experience at two other local repair shops (which I walked out of), I called CarLife hoping for a better experience. I knew immediately after speaking with Elsie, that this place was different, their quotes were fair, they openly discussed my options (and trades offs), and their customer service was highly responsive and simply outstanding. Thanks Elsie and team - could not have asked for a better experience!

Was able to quickly look at my daughter's car and gave an honest assessment.
Daughter in college had weird sound when braking, she lives in another city than I do. Scottsdale Pr
o Tech was recommended. She called up and they were able to look at the car the same day. The tech was friendly and listened to her and they were able to reproduce the sound. Put it on a lift and the car will need new rotors and pads soon. Gave price estimate which was fair. Did not try to hard sell her that it needed to be done right now, but very soon. She had a very positive experience and will go back for future car issues. Thanks, her dad.

My brother started taking his vehicles to John Jay in 2012 or so. When things went wrong with our ve
hicles, he recommended them to my mom and I. They go above and beyond looking out for our safety, convenience and cost. My Toyota Tacoma has almost 200,000 miles on it, and when it needed service, I left it and went on vacation, knowing it was in good hands. I came back to a fully repaired truck that's ready to go another 100,000 miles thanks to the maintenance and care from John Jay.
