I was on my way to see my sick hospitalized wife. The red lite for the anti freeze went on! I had no
knowledge to fix it as I knew nothing about cars. I bought anti freeze but couldn't open the cap! Thank God the head mechanic was on duty and he took the time to quickly fix it so I could get to the hospital on time! Thanks!!!

New to the Scottsdale area, it's always a challenge finding a place that you can really trust when it
comes to servicing your vehicle, a place that will give you options (spending time to really understand your needs and limitations) and shoot straight with you. Needing service for a 25 year old sports car, finding parts can sometimes be a challenge, but even more challenging is finding someone you can trust in the process. After having a very disappointing experience at two other local repair shops (which I walked out of), I called CarLife hoping for a better experience. I knew immediately after speaking with Elsie, that this place was different, their quotes were fair, they openly discussed my options (and trades offs), and their customer service was highly responsive and simply outstanding. Excellent service, and quality work
My radiator started leaking badly in the middle of summer here, and I had a trip planned so needed it
fixed quickly. Nate was very gracious to squeeze my vehicle in even though he was super busy. He went over and above what I would expect from any shop, and was able to get it back to me quickly. His price was better than I'd anticipated it might be too, so I'd say he's very reasonably priced! My experience at Nate's shop was top notch and I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

I needed an oil change on my truck and I called and asked Jeff if he could have the work done by 1:00
pm if I dropped my truck off in the morning, because I had to leave for work at 1:30. Jeff assured me that my truck would be done. As promised, it was finished even earlier, at around 11:30.
