I bought my car this past May, had some issues with the transmission, it just needed some TLC. After
extensive research, I learned my car would benefit from a triple flush. Numerous shops wouldn't do a triple flush on my transmission; they either didn't know how or would refer me to Ford. Found Joe's shop through AAA membership, called and Rich advised Joe said they could service the transmission.
The shop is clean, tidy and it seems anything you need done, can be done and that's what you want from a shop. I received a card in the mail from them just yesterday which is a great idea and personalizes your relationship with them. I like old school shops where you get to know everyone not those big boy shops where they hustle you through and upsell you. So I'm clear, there's nothing old school about the work they do nor the equipment they have which is up to date. It appears they work on all types of vehicles. So, win/win for me. :) I'll be back, you've been warned. Lol
