Recently had potential transmission and catalytic converter issues and had family family a couple dec
ades ago bring their vehicles in for service. Dropped off early Monday morning and they were able to diagnose it same day. When figuring out next steps for the vehicle given its condition, there was no pressure to do their services or just simply pay for the diagnosis. They let me know what was seen, best and worst case scenarios for pricing of repairs, and in this vehicle's case, the laws surrounding used parts for vehicle repairs. With their feedback, I was able to make a well-informed decision on what was best for my situation and the vehicle. Would recommend to people in a similar situation!
