On my way to work Tuesday I noticed my brakes were making a little noise, I immediately called Jim Wells for an appointment and took my car in Tuesday afternoon for an evaluation of the brakes. The mechanic confirmed what I had feared, the brakes and pads needed replacing asap. The team assured me they could take care of the job the next morning and have me back on the road safely by mid-morning. Just as they had promised, I arrived first thing Wednesday morning and within about two hours my brakes were completely replaced and I was ready to go. Of course, the mechanic made sure to drive my car around the block before giving the all clear for me to return to the road safely. Thank you for your excellent customer service!!
