I had my axel and sway bar replaced, and this is my second service at HiTech, an excellent family-own
ed auto shop. I requested a very specific service and when I checked back about replacing the entire axel instead to save costs, David was already planning on doing that for me. These folks are consistently reliable and provide quality service on my vehicle. They don’t take advantage or try to upsell me on things I don’t need to fix immediately, and are great about checking in when cost estimates increase. I’m not the most knowledgeable car owner and I’ve had poor experiences in the past with mechanics trying to take advantage of that; I never have to worry about this at HiTech.
My car is running like a whole different vehicle! I’ll be back soon for more maintenance.
