h my back seat of a newer Ford Truck. Warranty recently expired. latch and spring for backseat/mechanism broken. Newer truck too. I was frustrated. Called this place up got an answer immediately from the owner Gedalia who said "well hey bring it in now, it's probably a simple fix" which i knew it was, I just needed an extra hand. He came out, diagnosed the issue put a temporary fix "band-aid" solution if you will and explained the issue and said "try Ford too" this is where it gets great..he told me bring it in ASAP and didnt expect any money! Just a humble local mechanic looking to help. THEN (a couple hours later after I tried playing around with the latch mechanism myself, only to break the wire) I called back, he said he'd order the part, once it's in he'd call me (he did instantly) the job was done today, took two hours, in and out. That is exceptional service. At first, the remedy was free, then i screwed it up further, afterwards, they repaired it, i paid fair price. I can't recommend this place enough. Gained a new customer (me) and I'll be returning in the future if i run into any vehicle issues.
