If your in the market to purchase a Hyundai don't go anywhere else. I went to another Hyundai dealer
in Brooklyn first - it was a horrible experience; they were nasty and dishonest. The next day I called Hyundai City and spoke with Raz. What an amazing car buying experience. Less than a week later I was driving my new car. The staff at Hyundai City is the absolute best there is. I worked with Raz (sales) and Rohan (finance) they were both extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. At Hyundai City of Bay Ridge they truly do treat you like family. Raz even came in on his day off to be there when I picked up my car.
Two months later when it was time to get a car for my son my first and only stop was Hyundai City!

We purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade from ALM Hyundai of Florence on June 15, 2026. Worked the entire
deal over the phone and via text. I might add a fantastic deal. They gave me a very good deal on my trade in and I basically drove up from Charleston to test drive and finish the paperwork. My sales representative Christena Prones was so customer focused. She also knew the Palisade and its features and functions. She also knew Apple and Android phones which she also set up for us. I have a local dealer near me but it was well worth the drive to save money and leave happy after purchasing a new vehicle. We got 29 miles to the gallon on our trip back home!
