I drive in and someone walks over to my car to great me and ask my name. That person then asks me to
wait for another person to walk over to my car and ask the real questions and get a signature. While I patiently wait for the second person (sometimes as long as 5 minutes), there are often five or more employees standing around the counter not helping anyone else. This is obviously not a deal breaker as I am on my third Outback leased from and serviced by Parker. It just feels really inefficient and patronizing and I thought you should know.

John was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easy to work with. The price they cam
e up with for our trade-in was right inline with what I was expecting. When he came up with the price of the car and I countered, he was empowered to go to the computer and figure out the lowest price on his own without having to go to a manager or get someone else involved. Finance still took a long time, but that was no surprise. I would go here again for sure.
