I had an excellent experience with Keeler Collision Center from start to finish. I dealt with several
people throughout the process (Brandon, Bailey, and Harley), and each was friendly, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. They were able to fit me in right away, which I really appreciated.
One thing that really stood out was how they handled my rental car. Enterprise didn't have a comparable vehicle, and since I was coming from 2½ hours away, I didn't want to drive all the way back to exchange it if something better came in. I was prepared to settle for the very small car they had, but instead Keeler Collision Center offered me one of their own vehicles comparable to my BMW X5, and I was able to use it for the entire time my car was being repaired. That was incredibly generous and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
They also handled everything with the insurance company, which was a huge help. The insurance company initially provided a very low estimate that wasn't close to enough to cover the necessary repairs, but Keeler worked with them throughout the process and ultimately had the entire cost of the repair covered. I really appreciated not having to deal with that myself.
In addition, my BMW was repaired in a very reasonable amount of time and looked great when I picked it up. They also cleaned the entire interior of the car, and it looked wonderful - like I had taken it in to be detailed.
Finally, when I picked up my car, they told me several times that if I noticed anything that wasn't done to my satisfaction, I should let them know and they would get me right back in to take care of it. I don't expect I'll need to, but I really appreciated knowing they stand behind their work.
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The quality of the work, communication, customer service, and willingness to go above and beyond were all excellent. I would absolutely recommend Keeler Collision Center to anyone who needs collision repair.

I took my car in for repair on a Monday due to a rear fender-bender and was told it would be ready on
that Friday. Gatlin White was extremely professional from the onset with the original estimate and then assuring me the car would be ready by Thursday. I was in my car Wednesday afternoon! Everything looks fantastic and they detailed my car too!! From the service, repair, to the ease of a car rental onsite, I would most definitely recommend Momentum BMW!
