he first phone call getting information and making an appointment. So very nice and helpful. Very professional, kept me informed on what I needed to have done other than just a routine service. I knew up front I needed new brakes but I was interested in seeing if they would give me a "list" of other items that needed to be done "right now"....But they did not. They were honest and told me I did not need front brakes just back ones. I highly recommend Empire Autohaus...I will be back!!!

This was my first time here, but I can say the customer service was top tier and they did took care o
f my truck within a timely manner. They also informed me of what was recommended to be done from most important to least. They didn't try to make me get all the services done at one time. The staff was very friendly and when I picked my truck up, it was show room floor clean. I will be returning.
