Came in needing last minute repair for Beetle. Savannah was very courteous and the crew took care of
repair quickly and affordably.
They did an inspection of vehicle and provided report on items that may need attention, but not pressure or upsell me on services.

My car had a strange noise coming from the back, random and unpredictable, so I left it at EDI and wi
shed them good fortune in finding the source of the noise. Well two days later the car was ready for pick up minus the noise, plus another part replaced that I authorized to upgrade. Fair price, quality work, no surprises. When EDI says that the repair is under warranty, it actually is... go figure...

Santos gets extra kudos this time as they worked me in on the spot when they discovered my brakes wer
e bad, making the car unsafe to drive. I had just happened to stop by because I heard a slight sound when braking—it was the sound they make if they get wet after a rainstorm. I’m so glad I checked in with them because I had no idea the brakes needed to be replaced. So they did the work in record time, assigning 2 mechanics to work on them so they could be done by closing time. The noise went away and I feel so much better knowing that my car is safe to drive again.

Justin and crew are great. They can usually get us in the same week just for service. They always mak
e sure that they check the car out and are quick to call if they find anything BEFORE they fix it. Estimates are on point and if I can go another visit without fixing it, they tell me. The calls I get don't make me feel like an idiot, they know I'm not a mechanic so they explain things in a simple and easy to comprehend way. Both my husband and I know that our car is in great hands.
