puddle over Christmas. Justin was able to identify the problem and fix it even before I got home. Got back on BART, walked into Cowden, Justin showed me what he fixed and then said Merry Christmas. He did not charge me for the diagnosis or labor! We have been taking our cars to Cowden for over 20 years. Now you know why.

shed them good fortune in finding the source of the noise. Well two days later the car was ready for pick up minus the noise, plus another part replaced that I authorized to upgrade. Fair price, quality work, no surprises. When EDI says that the repair is under warranty, it actually is... go figure...

2017 X3 was experiencing battery drainage while stopped and a multitude of electrical malfunctions. I
t took a couple of visits to Ed’s to determine cause, but that’s because they tried to fix it via easiest (least expensive) option. After other potential fixes failed to solve the problem, it was determined that my faulty alternator (rather expensive part) had to be replaced. Voila, problem solved. Runs like a charm. Thanks Ed’s!

Took my 2019 MB GLE 400 to Bert's for a scheduled maintenance stop this week. Carey did a great job
ensuring that all points of the program were correctly addressed according to the manual specs. This business has integrity in that all parts are reviewed and replaced as necessary. Unlike some shops which replace parts regardless of good or like new condition. Everything was fully explained and the cost was very reasonable. This is why I have been with Bert's since moving to San Antonio in 2015.
