I’m my water pump went on a Thursday afternoon and after calling around for hours I finally found tha
t auto shop, which got me in right away, after barely making it there, Jr said it would most likely be ready The next day before 5 which was amazing bc I had plans to take my daughter to the water park the next day with a bunch of friends and NEEDED my vehicle. In the process of diagnosis, I also needed breaks which I already knew and he said they could also have those done by the next day! Friday around 3pm I received an email that my car was complete and ready to go! The price of everything was extremely fair! I was very impressed with all interactions I had with Jr and the shop! Car was smoking white smoke as I turned into a gas station. Another driver said look under car it is
leaking water. Called triple A around 4:00 Friday afternoon. I thought I could tow it up the street to a known repair shop and they said, “Don’t Come”. The amazing triple A guy who came to the rescue recommended Manuel’s JMC shop. Manuel kindly. waited until it was towed there right before 6:00 closing time.Couldn’t believe car was ready by 12:00 noon the NEXT DAY! No Games! No week long wait! Manuel was excellent, professional and gave recommendations for future repair! Thank you!! (Coolant hose replaced)
