Most Honest and Trustworthy Auto Repair Business from Las Vegas to California. I recently moved to Ve
gas from California and was looking for a business for work that I needed done on my 2004 S500 Mercedes Benz. My car has only a little over 115,000 miles on it and I keep it in top condition. This place has exceeded my hopes and expectations. Amanda received my phone call and was very upbeat and professional. Often times the first contact can be an unwelcoming experience but not with Amanda. She carefully listened and answered all of my questions and concerns. She scheduled me to come in the following day. I was immediately impressed by their waiting area where they had comfortable and clean couches, a big screen television, internet access along with free coffee, biscottis and candy. Shelina received me right on time and we reviewed the work order to be implemented. Shelina gave me a quote which I found to be extremely reasonable. She provided me with a ride to my house by a hired in house employee who transports you to and from your destination in a very comfortable and clean van driven by Charlie who is very welcoming, engaging and professional. So often with other car repair business you are waiting and calling for updates which can be very frustrating . But not with Europeon Motor Cars. They have a system where you can check on updates through a live link that is either sent to your phone or your email. It really allows you to stay current with all updates including services completed, pending and cost. Upon picking up my car I was surprised to know that the cost was less than originally indicated due to the inspection prior to the work being done showed that they only needed to clean a part rather than replace it which they did for free. I am truly grateful for the experience from the beginning to the end. This indeed will be the only business I will be committed to in the future for all of my car care repair needs.Thank You Shelina, I am truly grateful!!!
