Very money first customer beware very rude
Total scam you. Very rude. If they buy parts for you you won't see the reciept. Put wrong battery il my Vette. Wouldn't give me reciept in case the battery went bad. Had to bring it back to them. They hide things very shady biz run far and fast away

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!
Worst costumer service I have ever witnessed. My husband came here months ago and they not only failed to fix the problem three separate times and still proceeded to charge us thousands of dollars, but they actually made the problem significantly worse and when this was pointed out to them they made any possible excuse and screamed at my husband on the phone. Literally as if he was talking to a toddler that was in the wrong. They cut corners and put a faulty part in his car not knowing that he was a mechanic, so of course he discovers this at the shop he works at when the part caused MORE problems than before. They refused to take any accountability, pay for or refund any of the thousands of dollars we’ve spent since going to them, and have at this point blatantly refused to speak with us about it. They have made it VERY apparent that their priority is money and not costumer satisfaction or safety. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Only go here if you want to spend thousands of dollars only for your car to have more problems and then have to take legal action. :)
Update since last review:
After filing a complaint with the better business bureau about our situation, the people at Webb’s Auto have told MULTIPLE complete LIES about what happened to make themselves look better. They have said that we “tampered” with the defective part that THEY put in our vehicle, which we then had to pay more money to replace. Yeah, that makes complete sense you really thought that one through huh!
Genuinely I am in complete shock that this place is in business and people take their vehicles here. I really really want to get this point across to whoever may be reading these reviews, this should NOT happen to anyone! Please do not go here!
