I went for my car inspection so not much to critique on that but what I witnessed amongst the staff w
as superb. They were busy, phones ringing, people bringing vehicles in...but despite that they were pleasant, polite, kind on the phone and to each other. They called each customer by name, thanked them, apologized if they had to wait on hold. Remarkable atmosphere rarely seen nowadays. I will definitely use them in the future.

Called for a glass replacement on my truck, CSA was responsive to set up a technician. Technician arr
ived on time and expertly repaired. Only issue, a different customer service agent asked if I wanted the windshield wipers replaced being new glass. i said yes if that was part of the process (insurance claim). Wipers installed then i received a call that I owed $60.00 for RainX wipers. BEWARE and ask clarification for everything.
