ed it up there's only one guy and he couldn't explain anything to me. He told me to call Toth on Monday. I usually get really good service and feedback so I was a little shocked. t - the car wouldn't start. Needed to have it towed. Had no idea "where" to take it. My insurance would pay for it to be towed - but where? The young man that came to tow my car in (and by the way, he was super nice as well), suggested I take it to The Repair Shop.....he said "those people will treat you right" so they took it there. I am SO thankful they did. Mr. Thacker and his wife could not have been any nicer to me. I hope I won't need a car repair any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely go to The Repair Shop !

Friendly and honest with what is wrong with you vehicle.
If your repair has more then one way to get fixed they will not just give you the most expense price.
Will let you know if needs fixed right away or something later that needs fixed. Will explain in detail what is wrong with vehicle.
