I had my vehicle picked up and dropped off yesterday at 11:30 am by AAA. My drive belt tensioner had
frozen up and destroyed the belts. The tensioner and belts were replaced by 10:30 this morning.
The truck runs perfectly.

What impressed me most was the level of care. It didn’t feel rushed or transactional like my past experiences at a Honda dealership. Instead, it felt like they genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure I understood what was going on with my car.

ave had. Excellent customer service and extremely capable mechanics who assessed the problem with our car quickly, correctly and with no hesitation. They fixed the problem, identified one very minor repair we were unaware of and had the car done quicker than we anticipated.
