I had my state inspection done and brake pads replaced at Kempsville Auto Care, and once again
they did a great job. The staff is always friendly, professional, and super helpful, which makes the whole experience easy and stress-free.
My only feedback is that there is a fee when paying with a debit or credit card, and that wasn’t disclosed ahead of time. I’m not upset about it—it just would’ve been nice to know in advance.
Overall, I’ve consistently had good experiences here and would absolutely recommend Kempsville Auto Care for honest, reliable service.
