I’ve been coming here for years, and I can’t recommend them enough. Rodrigo always does amazing work
and consistently goes above and beyond. Everyone here is honest, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about their customers. I never feel like I’m being upsold or taken advantage of, they’re always upfront and transparent about everything.
One thing I really appreciate is how they’re able to squeeze me in, even when I need something last minute. They always do their best to accommodate me, and the quality of their work is outstanding every time. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, and this is definitely one of them. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

I went in for an oil and filter change and a general check up. Plus, I have been hearing a noise from
the front of the car. The oil and filter were changed and I had them install a new battery as both they and I had noticed the old one was cranking slowly. It was the original from 2017. The noise from the front end turned out to be something (bearings?) within the front struts. They could have recommended that the struts be serviced or changed. But, I was told it was not a safety or performance issue and not worth the expense to work on the struts. So, they saved me a bunch of money. Thanks to Rusty and crew for being honest.

Vegas from Phoenix. He got me in ASAP Monday and Had me rolling same day. Broke down again (different problem) at 1030pm. This great business owner. Came and got me off the 303 and even gave me his truck to drive home. He fixed it next day and I'm I'm Vegas. Truly a class act shop and above and beyond customer service. Oh. And his technicians are just as skilled as him. Go here for any problems with your truck PERIOD!

My 2015 Honda Crosstour v6 needed a timing belt & water pump 100k mile replacement. I am an engineer
and my wife & I snowbird here in Apache Junction. I searched/googled the internet "near me" and Spectrum Auto Care in Gilbert caught my eye ... and I read several very positive reviews. I visited them and met Michael at the front desk ( Service Writer/Manager). He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable ...especially on some the minute details I brought up. BTW, the shop stalls were all busy!
They did the repair yesterday and it was perfect, including giving me the box of old parts to examine myself! Wow! They earned and deserve more than a 5-score. 100% first class in every way and I will recommend them to all my friends and relatives here in AZ.
