I was having issues with my car and I needed to have it looked at asap! Extra Mile got me in right aw
ay and I’m so thankful they did. Not only did they provide the best service I’ve ever experienced they referred me back to the dealer as they were certain the issue would be covered under warranty. Who does that??? They do because they care about their customers and don’t take advantage of people and for that I will be forever grateful!! The Sunday before Presidents Day - visiting from Las Vegas, ready to go to Huntington Library, excite
d to be there again after 20 years! ... and the "check engine" light comes on! We found EMX Auto Repair in Pasadena to be open, Robert checked the car right away, told us what was needed, got the parts and rushed the job. Did a lot of other checks, just to make sure we will be safe for the trip back home, with no extra charge! Even provided us with much needed education regarding future visits to the mechanic.
