r had a huge problem with her GMC. Jacob diagnosed it and got it back on the road. At that point he became “our guy” for life. I’ve had 2 recent issues with the Prius, like emergency issues!! Both times, Jacob got my Prius back on the road - fast! Tthe most recent was yesterday, the day before Thanksgiving! Who does that? Jacob! He’s “our guy”! Thank you, thank you!!
