He spent time trying to figure out what is wrong with my tires, rotating them, taking for a drive 30
miles. Found my tires defective. Sent me to get warranty elsewhere. Did not charge for the time spent on this as he also replaced a wheel bearing. Same day service. Not cheap but fair. No upselling of any kind.
