I'd been to 3 mechanics after having failed to diagnose an issue myself on my ford pickup. Joe fixed
my wife's car and she mentioned my issue in passing when she picked it up. He correctly diagnosed my truck immediately. I was able to fix it myself that day. We've used him for almost 10 years. I'll never trust another mechanic this much.

I've been here several times with good results. In other vehicles. I took my toyota tocoma today for
oil change. I wish they had of taken the skid plate off before changing the oil. When I got home there was oil dripping off the skid plate and I had to get paper tiles. To wipe on the back side of it to get all the oil up. I know that's not a huge deal to some people. But it was just a simple step that could have saved a mess. Next time I will request that to be done even if it cost a few more bucks. But other than that, the service is always great there and very friendly.

I had my truck towed to Andy's because it made a screeching sound. They had it for days and looked at
every possible issue. Murphy's law states that if a woman brings a car in for repair, it won't act up in front of the mechanic. My truck acted in this manner. Andy charges a $150 dollar fee for diagnostics, right off the bat. They did not figure out what caused the sound, but the time they put into trying to eliminate every possible problem, was worth more than the flat $150 dollar fee. They are meticulous and honorable.
