Exceptional Service at Ed Sears and Sons!
I recently took my Honda Accord to Ed Sears and Sons for some much-needed service, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They truly earned every star of this five-star rating!

The team performed several critical tasks, including NY state inspection, a tire rotation, and an underneath coating for corrosion prevention. Most importantly, they expertly diagnosed and fixed issues with both my power steering and my cruise control—now everything works perfectly!

From the initial screening, Ed and Chris were professional, kind, and clearly masters of their craft, doing a fantastic job explaining the repairs. I also want to give a special shout-out to Laurie; her help with dropping off my car and all the appointment support was super.

The entire team is professional and highly skilled. I am super happy with the quality of the work and the exceptional customer care. I would recommend visiting Ed Sears and Sons for any car fixing without any hesitation. Thank you for getting my Honda Accord running perfectly! Many thanks…

Great communication, fast and quality work.
Good people and quality work. They recommend good tires and were quick to install them. My parents have gone here for a while now and I heard nothing but good things. Happy to say, I wasn't disappointed.

These guys are great!
I’m a Jersey guy who was driving 4 hours to Saratoga Springs with my wife for a business conference. About 40 minutes out my engine light came on and then Gearbox Faulty message appeared. Must have called 5 local shops and a dealership and nobody wanted to help me out. Connected with Laura at Ed Sears & Sons who listened to my story and said bring it over. After checking the engine out they gave me an honest assessment. It wasn’t what I hoped to hear but they talked me through each piece of the problem and their recommended fix. They built my trust and earned my respect that day. The price was more than fair, too. These guys know cars, both domestic and foreign, and take pride in their work. My car ran smooth and strong after I picked it back up. So impressed with the work and their service and their courtesy. I wish I could make them my regular mechanics that how satisfied I am.

Quick Diagnosis
My vehicle was shaking badly and sluggish. I called Chris at Ed Sears and Son and based on what I told him, he said that it should be ok to drive, and that I could come over immediately. Within a few minutes he was able to find the huge mouse nest in the engine compartment hidden under the oil pan. The offending mouse had chewed through the ignition wire which was what caused the shaking. Chris fixed the problem immediately. I was most appreciative of the prompt service and quick fix.

Best shop around
