Wait time is too long
The people who work there are very nice but this is the second time I've waited just under 4 hours for my car. The last time they said it would ready at 10:00 (3 hours after dropping it off) which I said OK to since I live 30 minutes away. Car wasn't ready until 11:00. I've never waited this long at a car dealer. Besides that my check engine light keeps going on which is why I'm there too much. I like the people there and my car but will absolutely look at a different car makers next time.

In for recall maintenance
Making the appointment was painless. They opened right at 7 AM. The service manager explained what was going to happen and an estimate of how much time it would take (about 2 hours). Two hours later, I was on my way -- with a washed car at no charge! My only suggestion is to improve the waiting area. It's not very inviting. There are two desks with desktop PCs, but no work stations for people who bring their own computer. The only amenity is coffee.
