They noticed and followed to the parking lot where I was attempting to change my tire. I explained that I was on my way to take a friend to the doctor. They changed to the spare for me which should have been great. As soon as they removed the jack, it became apparent that the spare was also flat.
I followed them back to the shop. Both tires were unfixable. So they ordered a new tire for me.
Since delivery of the new tire couldn't happen until afternoon and it was still relatively early in the morning, they took me home.
That afternoon, they called to let me know as soon as my car was ready. Then they picked me up at the house and took me back to the shop.
A fast as I'm concerned, these guys went way above and beyond what would normally be expected.
