Excellent service, as always

I always come to Veryl's for everything my vehicle needs. They're fantastic at making sure my car is safe and well taken-care of, they always explain things in terms I can understand, they're always friendly and empathetic, and I never feel pressured or "upsold" into things I don't need. In fact, I frequently feel that they're *saving* me money whenever possible.

A++++, I want everyone to come here except it makes it really hard to get an appointment. Just kidding, when I really need them, they always fit me in. Thanks to Jeff, Justin, Robb, Tanya, and all the people working hard in the shop to keep my car well taken care of.

Fantastic!

Honest, friendly, and reliable service—Veryl's Automotive is the best in town!

I can't recommend Veryl's Automotive Services enough! When I got my car towed there, even the tow driver mentioned that Veryl's was the only place he'd never heard a single complaint about, which says a lot. Justin was incredibly honest and took the time to work with me on finding the best options for my car within my budget. He made sure I was comfortable with every step, explaining everything clearly and always calling to confirm if any adjustments were needed. Justin was so friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. In the end, my car feels like new again! So grateful to have found such a trustworthy and caring auto service. We have been going to Veryl's for more years than I can count. The service is exceptional!! Whether it is an oil change or something more involved, the repair is well executed while keeping costs to a minimum. New tire—ordered and on!

When the old one popped, we ordered a new tire from Veryl’s (where we had bought the tires and get our vehicles serviced). Justin was great—he got the new tire in the very next day and even made time in his crazy schedule to put the new tire on my wife’s car as soon as she went in to pick it up.

Excellent service and affordable high quality work

I am a senior citizen who could trust Veryl to do right by me and not try to take advantage of me in any way. They are honest and have skilled employees and provide excellent customer service. Fair prices, and they are also state certified inspection station too. They are certified by MA to provide repairs needed to pass inspection. They also are watchdogs for future needs that I would not know about being clueless about auto evaluations.
