Friendly staff
I took my car in servicing and met Kevin at the service desk, he was so kind and friendly. He found the cause of the problem and quickly set up an appointment date to resolve the issues. Finally, the problem was solved. Excellent service! I’ll definitely recommend Rairdon’s Hyundai of Bellingham.

Calibration of front window - Tucson 2016
Took less time than expected. Very clean windshield. Very happy! I recommend the service, but disappointed in my 2016 Tucson as compared to my 2005 that I had for 11 years.

Wonderful service by Chad and Keun
I tried the Honda and Kia Crossover before I went to Hyundai to check out the Santa Fe which turned out to be over my price range. Chad suggessted I try the 2018 Tucson. I had my mind set on the Santa Fe because my brother owns one but once I tried the Tucson I changed my mind. Thanks to Chad and Keun they worked the numbers and we managed to get to my price out the door.

After dealing with the Honda and Kia staff, dealing with Chad and Keun was such a pleasant surprise. They both were so helpful in showing me all the "goodies" on the Tucson. Rairdon's Hyundai in Bellingham, WA is a smaller operation than the Honda and Kia dearlers and so it was so much easier dealing with Chad, Manager of Sales and Keun, who made the decision re final pricing. With Honda and Kia you dealt only with a salesman and then the salesman walk off to some office to talk to the manager re pricing. With Rairdon's both Chad and Keun worked with me re the pricing and which vehicle I should purchase.

They took my 2008 Hyundai Van in on trade which was good for me as I did not want to sell it myself.

I would also say how great Kevin in Service is. He has always been helpful when I took my 2008 Hyundai in for servicing.

I can't say enough good things about dealing with Chad, Keun and Kevin. Five star rating!!!!!!!
